Chemistry Workshops at John Lyon Independent School
At Colham Manor, we aim to widen children’s educational expertise to increase or raise the
standards of teaching and learning. To achieve this, we have also developed school partnerships, to
share good practice. Twenty six of our pupils visited our partnership school John Lyon Independent School
in Harrow, to attend their Chemistry workshops. The secondary school science workshops provided
an opportunity for the year 5 and Year 6 pupils to learn through innovative, accessible hands on
experiences. This has had a positive impact on the children’s education.
