We use Tapestry in our Early Years provision to record, celebrate and share your child’s learning and development.

Tapestry is a secure online learning journal that allows Early Years staff to capture important moments from your child’s time at school or Nursery through observations, photographs, videos and assessments. It helps us to build a picture of your child’s individual interests, achievements, progress and next steps in their learning.

Tapestry also provides an important way for us to share information and communicate with families about your child’s learning and experiences in school. Parents and carers can view their child’s learning journal and, where appropriate, contribute by sharing learning and experiences from home.

Accessing Your Child’s Learning Journal

Once your child is enrolled at Colham Manor, you will receive an email invitation from Tapestry with a link to register for your child’s learning journal. Please follow the instructions in the email to set up your account.

We encourage families to regularly access Tapestry to see what your child has been learning and experiencing at school. It is also a wonderful opportunity to talk to your child about their learning and celebrate their achievements together.
